All cancellations must be made within 30 days of the scheduled event.
Non-local (Ohio) cancellations are subject to a $300 non-refundable fee.
Any cancellations made after the 30 day window will not be refunded, however Zebulon Thomas Companies will honor the registered purchase to be used toward another events of equal or lesser value.
The refund policy is a result of travel and accommodation expenses incurred by Zebulon Thomas Companies, that are non-refundable. Our commitment to honoring our obligations (workshops, lectures, etc.) requires significant financial investment, therefore it must be our policy to protect those investments to ensure our successful workshop relationships in the future.
