FOUNDER
Zebulon Thomas
Zebulon Thomas is the founder
of the Zendo Practice of Life & Balance and
is an Author, Speaker and Life Coach. His work
is focused on helping people connect with their
true nature, the nature of oneness, the nature
of loving and being. With many years spent going
into mastery, Zebulon has put together the tools
for creating a greater quality of life that brings
forth optimal health and energy. Zebulon travels
all over the world to work with and study some
of the greatest instructors and mentors of different
art forms. Researching mind-body connection and
studying Energy Psychology, Zebulon has designed
and co-created this incredible art form known
as Zendo. Zebulon has trained in a variety of
art forms for many years and has combined the
essential elements that allow the body to move
with nature, function at a higher level of energy
and a clear state of mind, creating a well balanced
life.
